VEXARIA is an independent music collective and community focused on artists, producers and other creatives. This Privacy Policy explains how VEXARIA collects, uses, stores and protects personal information when you use the VEXARIA website and related services.

When you sign in to VEXARIA using Discord, we may receive information made available through your Discord account, including your Discord user ID, username, display name and profile avatar.

We may also process information associated with your participation in VEXARIA, including event participation, competition results, rankings and information displayed on your VEXARIA community profile.

We use personal information to provide and maintain VEXARIA accounts, authenticate users through Discord, operate community features, display profiles, operate events and competitions, maintain rankings and provide other features of the VEXARIA community.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include providing a service you have requested, fulfilling an agreement, complying with legal obligations, protecting our legitimate interests, or obtaining your consent where consent is required.

05 / Discord

VEXARIA uses Discord for authentication. When you choose to sign in with Discord, information provided through Discord is processed by VEXARIA for authentication and community functionality.

VEXARIA does not receive or store your Discord password.

VEXARIA may use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep authenticated users signed in and to support account security.

VEXARIA does not currently use advertising cookies, behavioural tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.

VEXARIA does not sell your personal information.
