01 / Free to Use

All VEXARIA kits are free to download.

You may use the sounds in your own music and creative projects.

Commercial use is allowed unless a specific kit says otherwise.

02 / Credit the Creator

You may modify, chop, layer, process, and resample the sounds, but you must credit the original creator when using them.

The original creator must remain credited even when the sounds have been modified, processed, chopped, layered, or resampled.

Do not claim the original sounds themselves as your own creation.

03 / Redistribution

Do not redistribute, re-upload, sell, or package the original sounds as another sample or kit.

The sounds should be used as part of your own creative work rather than redistributed as standalone source material.

04 / Creator Responsibility

Kit creators must only submit material they have the right to distribute.

VEXARIA reserves the right to remove a kit if there are copyright or ownership issues.
